In the aftermath Andrew gave this interview with Newsweek’s Daniel Stone.

In announcing her lawsuit against Andrew Breitbart today, Shirley Sherrod called Breitbart ” “a vicious racists who wants to enslave black people”.

Her remark is asinine.

If Andrew is a racist, then I’m from Mars with little green antennas sticking out of my head. So much for taking the high road.

The Washington Times is reporting this about the lawsuit and her comments.

Hollywood Power Player Calls On Christians ‘To Hold Oliver Stone Accountable’

Last night on The Rick Amato Show, Hollywood power player Michael Levine of Levine Communications did something rarely seen or done in the film industry: He directly criticized a fellow industry insider for his behavior!

Levine, whose firm has represented OVER 50 Academy Award winners, and such pop culture icons as Bill Clinton, David Bowie and Playboy magazine called on Christians “to hold Oliver Stone accountable and face the consequences for his unacceptable words and statements”.

Levine also called on Christians in The Rick Amato Show listening audience “not to allow Stone’s actions to die in the 24 hour news cycle”.

Director Oliver Stone belittled the Holocaust during a shocking interview with the Sunday Times, claiming that America’s focus on the Jewish massacre was a product of the “Jewish domination of the media.”

The director also defended Hitler and Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and railed against the “powerful lobby” of Jews in America.

Stone made the remarks while conducting a publicity interview for his latest film.

Rumor, gossip and a dose of shoddy journalism led to an internet frenzy over the weekend claiming that a “news blackout” was in effect and that Mexican drug cartels had seized two Texas ranches in the Laredo area.

It turns out, thankfully, no Texas ranches were seized and all violence was contained to the Mexican side of the border.

Besides the obvious teachable moments that apply here, what jumps out at me the most is this story shows the growing lack of faith and confidence the American people have come to have in the MSM.
